Most nights I shake together a simple vinaigrette of olive oil, lemon, vinegar, salt and pepper to toss on greens. It is so simple.
I was reluctant to make the move from bottled salad dressings to homemade. I made the switch years ago now and can hardly stand bottled now. There is so much freshness and flavor from real vinaigrettes and dressings.
