Returns & Shipping

Shipping : 

All orders $150+ ship for free!  All other orders ship for a standard fee of $6.  All of our orders are fulfilled within 3-4 business days, unless noted on your product.  We ship via USPS Priority Mail & UPS, 2-3 days.  Expedited shipping is also available.  

Returns :

We are happy to help you process your returns within 30 days of receiving your items.  Please email store@jennysteffens.com with your return request.  We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours during normal business hours Monday-Friday.  We do not pay for return shipping unless the product you received was damaged or incorrect.  Thank you for understanding!
